This stunning property overlooks the Bandon, OR coast line. Views from this modern, newly constructed home, designed by Giulietti/Schouten Architecture, has a 360 degree view of the rocky southern Oregon coastline. We are developing designs for the surrounding landscape. In the front of the home, we have an opportunity to plant taller plantings such as, various Arctostaphylos, Ceanothus, Restios, Aloe and grasses. In the back, we’ll keep plantings lower to maintain the view and select those that tolerate coastal winds.
